ISRAEL versus IRAN or Vice Versa
A President, a Prime Minister and other leaders of other countries in this world of ours are at loggerheads with each other because they don’t seem to have the power to stop the horror of war between Israel and Iran. It has always been a contention of differences between countries in the Middle East.
Our best endeavours to curtail any such action between these two countries is not to interfere, as it is obvious they certainly do not seem to want it and we could find ourselves being drawn into a conflict that the majority of us do not want! ………And there hangs a problem!
If they are intent of destroying their country, why should we get involved? Looking at the images of each country of the devastation that has already occurred and as an onlooker I can’t fathom the lunacy of it all. Do they mean to carry on until all buildings, and every person is completely destroyed in both countries?
Nothing seems to have been learnt from the last World War, the misery, the waste of life, crumbling buildings, rationing, sorrow. Desolation where ever one looks. I was four years old when the last war started and ten when it finished and England was lucky to be an island. Away from the rest of the world!
Of course we have to abide by certain rules in this modern age and as part of the United Nations we must intervene, not necessarily taking sides, but negotiating a settlement, first calling a halt to all hostilities as part of the truce between two countries which should include Russia who had started a war with Ukraine. Russia it seems doesn’t want to “Cease Fire!” When the great day comes and Putin is laid to rest, he might probably be hated by the rest of the world as a disguised Tyrant! Certainly won’t be a hero!
The war between Israel and Iran was never a surprise as different factions have always tried to be in charge of these countries and have mainly been the wrong sort to govern. Perhaps PEACE is too hard for them to SPELL and live by! Israel state they are winning and their excuse for starting this war is inexcusable.
Iran is accused of dealing and transporting Nuclear Weapons and therefore we are reliably informed that Israel is saving the rest of the world by starting this war!
They could have started peace negotiations instead. There were two choices! Instead of saving the world, they have put the world in jeopardy!
IN WAR – NOBODY WINS!
