Larry for Prime Minister!
A nineteen year old cat must have learnt something in number ten Downing Street, so many people calling themselves PRIME must have been confusing when a gentleman went to bed and a woman fed him in the morning – unrelated! After all cats like a quiet and simple life!
Now handy Andy wants to move number ten up North, politics are bad and confusing enough without moving up North to make important decisive decisions that may or may not be in favour with the public. I suppose the din from the Chancellor’s Abacus makes a bit of a noise when he moves the beads from one side to the other.
The Chancellor has made guide lines on what the ordinary couple should spend per month and the sum is (drum roll please) £2,110.25. So there we have it, if anybody should go over that limit gets their hands slapped viciously and I’m afraid that is my punishment. Obviously the Chancellor hasn’t taken into the fact that every individual has different commitments that need to be attended to otherwise there are penalties to pay if someone gets behind with payments.
It is always the Pensioners who have to pay PETER to get away from PAUL, only he is re-named SCAPEGOAT! There should be an award for Pensioners because they have to put up with people who hate them because some have BLUE BADGES and believe me the people who actually give these badges out to people have to really know when somebody is swinging the lead.
I know for a fact when my wife deserved to get one, because of the medical evidence that was so apparent, it was unbelievable that she was turned down to receive the Blue Badge! A signed letter from her doctor confirmed the many medical facts had to be sent direct to that office.
So all those SWINGERS out there don’t try it!
Of course there are those who borrow their partners Blue Badges and hope they are not stopped and checked and it could be your unlucky day when that happens! It could be a fine up to £1,000 – who knows!
Getting back to the Chancellor, I thought it was rather brave of him to state what the public were supposed to spend each month. Obviously he didn’t do much research in finding out about all the things that the public has to pay local councils plus all the taxes and especially new people on their first foot on the rung of buying a home.
The above is just my opinion and anyone who wants to write to me care of the newspaper regarding this content – please do so! Swear words are not accepted.
